The Human ResourceManagementAssociation of Jamaica (HRMAJ), formerly the Jamaica Association of Training and Development (JATAD), will host the premier Human Resource Conference in Jamaica and the Caribbean on November 21-23, 2008 at the Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa in Ocho Rios under the theme “Human Capital: Fuel, Engine and Driver”.

The dynamic conference will focus on the key issues affecting HR professionals
in Jamaica and how they fit into the regional and global HR trends, particularly against the background of the challenges presented by the international financial meltdown.

The main presenter for HRMAJ Conference 28 is Steve Gilliland, one of the most in-demand and top-rated speakers in the United States and Canada.
