Dr William W. Lawrence is a management consultant and Founding Director of the Professional Services Unit at Mona School of Business & Management, UWI. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a business executive and industrial engineer at global companies Goodyear and Sealy. He specializes in business restructuring and his roadmap is the cover story of the May 2011 edition of Industrial Engineer magazine (IIE) and is endorsed by Turnaround Management Association. He has served as an adjunct professor at four universities and reviewer for the US Academy of Management (AOM) and the Unites States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE). William sits on the Academic Review Committee of the e-Learning campus of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and is a Trustee of the Small Business Association of Jamaica.

He is a former Corporate Planner at JAMPRO and has many years experience in Business Consulting. Mr. Lumsden is a former Jamaica Scholar, a graduate with a B.A. degree in Economics from Yale University, USA, and an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School in the UK. He has one daughter, and his hobbies include tennis and reading.

Dr. Cecil White is a leadership practitioner, lecturer, and process excellence specialist with over 30 years leadership experience, in the public and private sectors. He is a global volunteer for the Project Management Institute (PMI), and currently serves as a member of the Chapter Member Advisory Group. Dr. White is also a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and serves as a judge for the ASQ International Team Excellence Award Process. Dr. White currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations and Corporate Planning at the National Health Fund, and is also an adjunct faculty member at the Mona School of Business and Management. He earned a Doctor of Education Degree (EdD) from Nova Southeastern University with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, he holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Dr. White is also a Justice of the Peace, and a member of the Lay Magistrates Association of Jamaica.
