The HRMAJ Board

Premiere HR Organization

In light of changing global trends as well as the imperatives of the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME), the association in recent times has re-positioned itself to become an organization of greater national and regional impact and also to assume its role as the premiere organization for human resource development in Jamaica.

With this direction emerged the name change to The Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ) on July 14, 2005, with emphasis on realizing the goal of becoming an "internationally recognized human resource organization providing accreditation and value added services to members as well at the wider regional community, while influencing human resource development policies and productivity".
