The Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ) established its Best Practice Flagship Competition - HR Innovation Awards in 2005 to recognize organizations in Jamaica that have implemented innovative programs or policies in the management of their respective human resources.

Organizations across Jamaica (public and private sector) have been invited to participate in the competition. Applicants/entrants submitted brief overviews of their projects or initiatives, plus illustrations to justify and support their implementation.Read More
